CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, to ensure that our time and services are respected, we have implemented the following policy: 1. **Cancellations within 24 hours**: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the service fee will be charged. 2. **No-Shows**: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
